Stephen Mangion was born on the 30th November 1945 in Sliema. After attending Chiswick House School and St. Aloysius College, he went on to the University of Malta where he read architecture and civil engineering. He set up his own architectural practice, which operated for 42 years up to 2017.
Stephen has also been deeply involved in the family business of education (Chiswick House School, St. Martin's College and EC). He married Marguerite in 1969 and has four children and eight grandchildren, most of whom now live abroad.
His main interests are travel, music generally and piano playing in particular, singing in choirs, reading, languages and walking.
